  This week in History, the children have been analysing sources and uncovering information about the Ancient Greek Olympics.
• Identifying plants around our school
  KS1 have been out around the school looking for plants to draw and identify.
• Discoverers reading reward
  Discoverers were lucky enough to spend some time exploring some amazing books in the library with some brownies, then travel to Explorers and read with the younger children.

  Help! The penguins are trapped in the ice, how can we get them out?

  WOW! Year 3 had a brilliant first Forest School session where the sun shone and they demonstrated so many of our school values.

  This half term, Pioneers and Inventors are learning all about ‘Evolution and Inheritance’ in their Science lessons.

  An aptly named game for the chilly weather this week!
• Symbol hunting
  KS1 have been learning about important symbols in Judaism and went on a hunt for symbols they can see around our school.
• Clockwork Characterisation!
  In Literacy, we have been using the text 'Clockwork' by Philip Pullman as a stimulus for our writing.
• Magnificent multiplication
  The children have been using their multiplication and place value knowledge to multiply larger numbers.
