• Planting
  We continued our learning about growing plants by working together to plant lettuces, tomatoes, carrots and sunflowers. We can't wait to watch them grow!
• Year 4 LOVE Beesands!
  Our Year 4 children had an AMAZING day at the Forest and Beach setting near Beesands!

  On Thursday, Year 4s enjoyed a fun filled day at the Forest and Beach site before walking to Beesands Beach for fish and chips!

  Today, the children continued with their loom weaving project.

  We helped the farmer to read, sequence and follow the instructions to plant his seeds!
• Science investigation
  Pioneers and Inventors have really enjoyed studying our Science topic of ‘Materials’ this week.
• Weaving
  In Art, we have been exploring the work of Wassily Kandinsky with a focus on his famous piece 'Squares with Concentric Circles'.
• Forest School
  Year 3s enjoyed another Forest School session this week!
• Sewing
  Year 5 and 6 practised a variety of new sewing techniques.
