    • The Lost Words
      Today the Pioneers and Inventors were introduced to a wonderful book called 'The Lost Words', which we will be basing some of our literacy, topic and science learning on this term.

      KS2 enjoyed a visit from an author last week - Steve Clifford. Once again, the children wowed us (and Steve!) with their curiosity, asking some fantastic questions to find out more about Steve's career as a writer.

      Yesterday saw Plym receive their reward for winning the TTRS battle of the houses earlier in the Spring term.

    • Y3/4 Handball Tournament Finals
      A team from Bishop competed in the Y3/4 Handball Finals at South Dartmoor today. Winning 2 of their 4 pool matches, the team came third and narrowly missed out on making the Semi Finals.
    • Run a Mile!
      Well done to KS1 who have run a mile every Monday morning for last 4 weeks! A great way to start the week for both children and adults. We have already noticed how this exercise has helped us to engage with our first lesson of the week!

    • School Council Speed Watch Session
      This morning members of the School Council from Years 1-6 took part in a Speed Watch activity with PC Rob Harvey and PCSO Saul Bunce. In the 2 hour session 28 vehicles were recorded going in excess of 36mph in the 30mph zone.
