• Making Moving Pictures
  Our Year 1 pupils were really focused when making levers in DT today. They followed a set of instructions to make a moving Jack and the Beanstalk picture. They had to decide the best length for their lever and where to position the pivot!
• Drawing Club
  The Explorers enjoyed joining in with their first Drawing Club sessions during our Literacy this week!
• Wintery Weather!
  It was lovely to welcome the Explorers back to school this week. There was much excitement surrounding the arrival of the icy weather which fits perfectly in with our focus on winter weather and polar regions!
• Christmas Fun!
  The Explorers enjoyed making hats during our Christmas Craft morning and then proudly wore them to their Christmas lunch!
• Christmas Craft Morning⛄
  The Explorers LOVED having their parents in school today for our Christmas craft morning!
• Inter House Competition!
  The Explorers were brilliant Tryatops during yesterday's Inter House competition! They had great fun taking part in activities including a mini obstacle course, crazy throw and super sprint!
• Amazing Athlete!
  The Explorers loved our visit from Courtney Tulloch today. They were amazed by his tricks and were inspired to try their best when it was their turn to perform with him!
• Nocturnal Animals
  This week we have been thinking about nocturnal animals and those that hibernate in the winter.
• Diwali
  This week we celebrated Diwali!
• Anti-Bullying Week
  For Anti-Bullying week the Explorers came to school in odd socks to celebrate differences and being unique!
