    This week we have been thinking about nocturnal animals and those that hibernate in the winter.

    Linked to our class text, 'Peace at Last' by Jill Murphy, we have been sorting animals into day time and night time creatures. We introduced the new vocabulary 'nocturnal' and 'hibernate' and read non fiction books to find out more about these animals. What can your child tell you about nocturnal animals?
