Today we made a stir fry. We used knives and peelers to prepare the vegetables, later we used the microwave to cook the noodles.
Some of the Explorers tried noodles and mushrooms for the first time.... and they enjoyed them!
We also talked about healthy eating and how we need a balanced diet.
