We had our Harvest Celebration this afternoon. Miss Thomas led a fantastic assembly where the children learnt about how foods were harvested and the reasons why we celebrate this festival.
We also had the Reverend Jane Frost join us as well as Hazel from the Homeless in Teignbridge charity who we were donating our food to. Hazel told has the food banks had been running very low recently and therefore the donations from the school were much needed and would make a significant difference to lots of people. THANK YOU to everyone who managed to donate something to help people in our local community.
