This week years 5 and 6 will be spending some time focusing on cyber bullying.
Today it was the Pioneers' turn to discuss what cyber bullying is and what forms it comes in. The children were then presented with scenarios and had to decide on the best course of action for each situation. The teachers were really impressed with how mature and honest the children were in these discussions. The Pioneers then collaborated together to create a whole class 'digital footprint' poster, where they were asked to write about how they can be a good digital citizen. This poster now hangs proudly in their classroom. We cannot wait to see the Inventors' poster later this week.
