Today at Bishop, we were extremely lucky to have professional gymnast, Courtney Tulloch visit our children.
Courtney began his visit by telling the children all about his life and how he became the successful gymnast he is today. He then proceeded to showcase his talents for us all, demonstrating various rolls and somersaults, and showing us some videos of his most impressive routine on the rings.
The children then took part in some circuit training with him, cheering one another on and pushing themselves in short bursts of activity.
We are confident that the children had a brilliant afternoon and left feeling inspired about what they can achieve if they believe in themselves and work hard to achieve their goals.
