KS1 have been working on their Queen Victoria portraits as part of their drawing topic in Art this half term.
KS1 have been exploring and developing their drawing skills this half term in their Art lessons. The children have experimented with different ways to make marks with different media and on different materials. They have explored different artists' portraits and have developed their drawing skills with self-portraits, portraits of their friends and a special portrait of Queen Victoria. The children have also been experimenting with colour and the different emotions that certain colours can convey. Take a look at their final Queen Victoria portraits inspired by Andy Warhol.
