KS1 have started their drawing art unit by making marks using different media.
The children had a fantastic art lesson today to start their new drawing art unit. We looked at different marks that artists had made in their art, replicating the marks that we found particularly interesting. Next we experimented with different media to see how that changed the marks we had made, we found that some media smudged which we really enjoyed! We also tried the same media on different materials to see how that changed the marks too.
