After studying the events of AD 43, the Roman army and Roman soldiers, Pioneers and Inventors used their research to create their own shields.
We found that our research and role play were really useful tools to find out what life at the fort in Roman Exeter might have been like. We enjoying re-creating Roman formations to ensure that we were victorious in our adventures!
