As part of our topic one of our parents came in to school to talk to us about their job at a Biomedical Research centre!
Lizzie told us all about her work researching mould, bugs and microbes and carried out a fun experiment with special hand gel and a fluorescent light to demonstrate the importance of washing our hands thoroughly. This was perfect timing as we had been learning about germs and how to wash our hands this week!
