The children learned about Victorian inventions and their impact on the lives of people living during this period.
The children began by learning about different inventions from the Victorian period. They thought about the problem that they solved and why this made them so revolutionary.
Once they had done this, they stepped into the shoes of a Victorian inventor and 'pitched' their amazing invention in the style of Dragon's Den. They explained how it would change the lives of ordinary people and hoped that Mr Jeffery and Mrs Smith (the Dragons) would invest in them.
The children were really enthusiastic about their ideas and learned a great deal. Well done!
