The bears have arrived! This week we started to tell our story 'Peace at Last' through our story map. We came in after lunch to the sound of very loud snoring.....it was Mr Bear! He thought our classroom was a nice quiet place for him to sleep. He gave us a challenge to explore our school to find a quiet place for him to sleep. We used the ipads to record the different sounds. What did we find out? Some children said drinking tea and hot chocolate will help you to sleep, so they decided to make some for Mr Bear. We has lots of great discussions about how our grown ups make it! We have also had fun acting out and singing '5 Little Speckled frogs' and solving subtraction and 1 less problems.
